Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us at (muneeb@dekitchenality.com) to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your message.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Packaging: Please carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Shipping: Customers are not responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
5. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
6. Return criteria: Products damaged during transit via courier service will not be eligible for return.
